The Bells.....

Making sure they don't get pulled out to sea - some kind soul made sure that Alexander and Mabel stayed safe on their bench, over looking The Baddeck Harbour.

I've blipped this statue before, see here... but today when i went for a walk along the boardwalk (which was impassable, due to the really high waves) i couldn't help but smile when i saw this sight!

Alexander Graham Bell is a very big part of Baddeck history....and i still love that i live here, and was born in the same town as he was!
