Snow dome

The daylight lasted for few seconds longer than yesterday, but it still seemed to be gone pretty fast. I popped over to Shop for a pint of milk and noticed on the way back how different this building looked from back in August.

It isn't a good photo, but my only alternative was of the brightly coloured free kit that arrived in the post. I should have recognised the slightly bulky envelope from Dundee, because this happened a couple of years ago - a kind offer from the Scottish NHS to test small samples of one's, erm, excrement for early signs of bowel cancer. Aargh! Of course it's good that they want to check us out regularly (well, those of a certain age) and nip anything untoward in the bud, as it were. But it was rather a distraction from today's crop of Christmas cards.
