GRINGE

MERHABA MY FRIENDS

A MOMENT IN TIME

I SIT BY THE WATERS EDGE
GLIDING PEBBLES ACROSS
THE WATER, WATCHING THE
RIPPLES RACING AND CHASING,
COLLIDING INTO ONE.

THE SUN TURNING THE WATER
INTO DANCING SPARKLES OF
LIGHT, GLISTENING WITH EVERY
THROW.

THE STILLNESS IN THE AIR,
TOUCHED LIGHTLY BY THE
LIGHTEST OF BREEZES AS IT
WHISPERS THROUGH THE TREES,
THE LEAVES ON THE BRANCHES
GENTLY FLOWING IN A SILENT BLUR.

SWANS LIE IDLE ON THE SANDY SHORE,
BASKING IN THE WARM SUMMER SUN.
SEAGULLS FLYING UP HIGH LOOKING FOR
A GUST OF WIND TO EASE THEIR ACHING
WINGS.

SOME DAYS LINGER ON IN YOUR MIND,
SOME DAYS I REMEMBER WELL,
SOME DAYS LAST FOREVER.
