Finally felt the Christmas spirit.

I guess it's just not Christmas until I am back in NorCal with my family...the fog, the crisp air, the green hills...Christmas music on the radio...In contrast, no matter how many Christmas related things I do in San Diego it just doesn't satisfy me. Every year I throw a fit and complain about how difficult it is to plan a trip up here and see my completely fractured family, but once I am here it all goes away and I can relax and enjoy. I need to find a way to harvest this contentment and save it for next year when I start thinking about not coming home...

Photo is of Seans moms Christmas tree. Never seen a white plastic tree before hers, but I like it! Makes me think of snow, and since we don't really get snow in these parts, i will take what I can get!
