View into Tamil Nadu

This morning we set off very early for a 2 hour jeep ride into the mountains. Later in the day we visited the highest tea plantation in the world, but first we were aiming to arrive at this spot as the sun was rising.

We were only just in time for this view. It was a breathtaking view from Kerala in to Tamil Nadu.

PS The odd exif information is because this is an HDR image made from 3 images. The exposure was otherwise very difficult to control.
