Christmas decorations are unparalleled in the Philippines. Without a doubt, the most extravagant, ridiculous, flashy, gorgeous and bright decors I've ever seen. This is a very typical decoration called a Parole. It's basically just a coloured paper star with flashing lights. Every household will hang one outside. :)
