Gold!

I love it better than the true gold....it's my father's olive oil pouring copious into a measured container. This is the best part of making olive oil, when you see it and you smell it. It's a gorgeous feeling. Too bad it was not a successful season this year. The weather did the most part upsetting a little bit everyone around here. Hopefully next year there will be more gold...
