christmas eve

Our tree has been up for a week or two with only white lights adorning it. Tonight the stars went on! The first one I added was made for us by Claudia Rose. All of the stars that hang on our tree were made originally to decorate our wedding reception in 2005; they are filled with wedding wishes and advice.

It is so lovely to read the wishes and look at the art all over again! The bird at the top of the tree my son Dallas & fiancée Liz made for us out of felt. I took the photo and again played with it in photo shop, adding a 'poster edges' filter. Fun stuff - Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!
