Maria

This Christmas afternoon Rein and I walked to the city center of Groningen. We discovered an alley we must have passed a million times (oke oke...) before, without noticing. It was called de Grote Gang (Big Alley) and in the back of the alley was a restaurant called 'De Biechtstoel' (The Confessional) where this Maria statue was standing at the terrace. Not much people in the streets, nice and quiet :-). We had a hot Coco with cream at Huis de Beurs , one of the oldest restaurants in Groningen.

Christmas evening with The Powerplanters far away in Sri Lanka :-(. We'll be eating Stampot Zuurkool met Worst with sister Katja :-).
