Frozen sea at Allonby!

Very high tide at Allonby today. Also, it seemed to be really noisy as the waves crashed onto the beach. Then we realised that it was ice! Yes, mini icebergs were meeting the snowy beach. An amazing experience! We stayed on the beach until the sun went down, then it was time for the 2 mile walk back to our house. Our Christmas dinner will probably be sometime before 9pm!
