Christmas Crackers

Lots of laughter and excitement from 7 am. Santa did make a slight error in delivery location, but this was soon rectified.

We haven't all been together on Christmas Day for a very long time. My sister and family arrived mid afternoon, and we sat down to a wonderful meal. Having venison and/or turkey for the main course was a real treat.

The presents have all been opened, the drinks are chilling on the decking, the younger family members are watching the Dr Who Christmas Special, others are clearing the dishes before producing a variety of desserts, and I am posting my Christmas Blip.

Photographic gifts included an annual subscription to Amateur Photographer, Harry Benson's book of Glasgow Photographs, "The Photographers Eye" by Michael Freeman, and an IOU from Amazon for the Scott Kelby Digital Photography Boxed Set of books.

And the answer to the joke .... The Fiddlers.
