Merry Christmas / Guid Yuill / Hyvää Joulua

Every year Johanna spends ages preparing a seasonal feast for us with a vegetarian take on traditional Finnish dishes, all cooked from scratch ... porkkanalaatikko, lanttulaatikko, sienisalaatti, a nut roast and some home made Christmas bread to name but a few.

Here, we are about to get tucked into the feast.

As ever, it was great and there is so much we'll be eating it for several days :-)
