Tea? Coffee?.... Rack of Lamb?

Rack of lamb alyways reminds me of Ritchie. Whenever we would be visiting his mum in Arrochar, we always get offered ridiculous amounts of food on the back of an innocent cup of tea. This always brings on the above quote from the Eddie Murphy classic, The Nutty Professor.

You might be wondering where I'm heading with this but my Mum served up a rather splendid crown rack of lamb for christmas dinner that she constructed out of a number of single racks and cooked it to perfection. A brilliant part of a fab family day.

Bethany and Ewan were on brilliant form today. Bethany in particular was running around at this point wearing every piece of her new christmas clothes and dress up that she received. She was looking particularly spiffing in this hat and a huge billowy purple and pink tu-tu.
