A terrible design

After almost four days without Internet connection and many frustrating hours on the phone with the tecnical support people (with no luck) this is how i saw myself in the mirror!!
Problem was solved by my daughter in two ticks!! Thanks to her. I think she should join those people and educate them!!!
Sorry for no comments these last few days, wiil try to catch up somehow.
