Pool Proof

The rock pools on Dunbar East Beach are just a little deeper than this. Wellies are waterproof outside and in. Guess what happened next?

The children had a great time finding "precious gems" amongst the stones and stuffing them in Dad's pockets. Then back to our friends at Red's house where we poured out the water, dried the socks, enjoyed a lovely early dinner and made plans for the children to see each other through the week.

And so to bed, with that special holiday mixture of tiredness and hyperactivity. Ssssshhhht, now. Ssssshhhhht.
