boxing day

we were going to have cold turkey and chips tonight but then we watched jamie oliver's christmas.

a few hours later and a trip to the shop to buy a leek, this wonderful pie was created.

yummy!!!





(ps. why is photoshop so flippin hard to use? surely it should be easy to create a collage as above? i wish i could work photoshop!)
