Monsal Head

Went on a boxing day walk with Tom, Rosie and Jeff :) Parents were planning to come too, but dad felt it would be better to stay at home so he could hear any news of gran.

Walked from Ashford round via Deepdale to Monsal Head (where we had scrummy but expensive sandwiches) and back round to Ashford. Then back to Rosie's for hot chestnuts (roasted on the fire), some seemingly very alcoholic Christmas cake (!), mince pies and cups of tea. Did some singing too :) Lovely!
