Anyone know what its called?

Got some great shots on the birdfeeder out of the kitechen window this lunchtime.

Dunno what this guy is called but I really like the shot.

Couldn't decide between this shot and this one for todays blip.

The one I have blipped has the better "pose" whereas the other one has better detail and color on the feathers and shows more of the bird affecting the snow.

Anyone think I should swap?
