planes, trains and automobiles...

...except many of the planes were grounded or cancelled, the trains were on strike and the automobiles cost them an absolute fortune! at last, after MUCH nonsense, hoo-haa and a bit of a broo-ha-ha ewan and nicky made it up to aberdeenshire from london village. I'm sure one day they will look back on this christmas and laugh...but for now they are still twitching slightly...

but they made it and we had a great boxing day evening, eating left-overs, drinking, playing games and planning next years christmas and handmade gifts...it's going to be interesting next year...
