Speed

Well it had to be done.I have had moderate success doing this with wild animals, but when I am freezing cold, and the light is wonderful but low, it takes every ounce of ingenuity to get the shot. Sledges, kids, Bob trying to help and artfully putting his tail in shot at the critical moment...... You don't actually want the speed too fast as what I was trying to do was keep the sledger in focus and blur the background. The the tree and the lamppost got in the way; I could have cut them down of course. And, you can't actually ask everyone to move hills because the verticals are wrong and marring my shot.

It was a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed showing off. It was great to get home and get warm!
