the end of the day....

... it's been a long & exciting day to my two... although they have both not been very well, the teen not feeling well & the wee man burning hot, but a little calpol brought him round for a while....

too much to eat & good company, what more could any family ask for...... (other than family that is far away to be with you.... so heartsore......)

I read something on a friends fb & it said....

it's funny how friends become family & family become strangers.....

it rings true....


the wee man was bouncing between clinging to me & opening presents & moaning he's not well, so it's been tiring..... the teen was very quiet.... till she got her netbook that is, but can't use it just yet, but that's another story....

this was after we'd got back home & ready to drop & he wanted a game with his frogs... look how shattered the teen is!



ps... nearly forgot.... Santa was true to his word, he did take the wee man's bolltes & left him big boy cup... which he was happy with & he also left him with a pair of monkey pj's.....
