Weston Pier

Weston super Mare in the winter takes a bit of appreciating. The snow had mostly gone leaving grey post snow slush and grime.

You do get a great view over Brean Down and there are some great buildings around the town plus the woods above the town have some great walks.

The new pier is smart but is missing the 'thing' that made old piers attractive.

Good to get out anyway and perhaps a bit tired, hence downbeat blip!

Anyway, it's the base of the pier and the pattern appealed to me, although it's not turned out quite like I imagined.
