The day after the eclipse

I didn't manage a good picture of the eclipse yesterday, and today's is not much better. However, I do love these crisp mornings, and it is not a bad way to start the day, having a view like this.

Almost the end of term, and those of us who are travelling tomorrow or the day after are panicking a bit. I have never not made it back to Christine's for Christmas. I am also panicking about leaving the house in case of burst pipes, but hope that my neighbours will keep an eye on the place.
