Awful lighting...
...but a delicious cake!
I baked these molten chocolate cakes for dessert tonight. I'm not a fan of the mint + chocolate combination, so I just substituted raspberry extract for the mint extract when I made the chocolate sauce.
The easiness of the recipe combined with the overall impressiveness and "wow-factor" of this dessert makes it extremely worthwhile to make. I would highly recommend it!
Next time I make them, I need to make sure that it's for a lunch party instead of a dinner party, so that way I can get better lighting conditions and take a much better photograph!
