Beef Roast

J and I did a mini beef roast for Christmas lunch and we had invited J's brother too. Everyone in the family are all away, so we didn't want him spending Christmas day alone! It was the first time that we've dine any roast, but it turned out ok. The beef probably was a little well done, but still very good.

We then had dinner at my parents where we had a traditinal Chinese dinner in a Christmas fashion - lots of food! We had duck and my father made some prawn balls, sort of like proawn toast!
