I appreciate that I will get the usual 'manflu' ridicule, (already demonstrated via Twitter and Facebook), but I am not well.

I do not want to feel how I feel. Freezing cold to red hot, shivering and my throat burns to the point where every swallow has to come with a signed in triplicate authorisation order.
