Focus...

A busy day.. focusing in what is important... being there for those in need and forgetting your troubles
today i have spent time doing just that....
there is always someone worse off than yourself...
so thinkiing of ....
my sons girlfriend's uncle .. just out of intensive care at 80years old..
Ernie .. with non curable alzeimers.
Friends who are in need of help and support and dont know where to turn...

I am very blest and lucky with my children..... and my life....
