shine during a grim war

when i visted the old army unkers at the edge of lahore i saw how dangerous the conditions used to be. we even went inside and saw from where the soldiers used to fire. claustrophobia took hold of me and i had to rush outside. i came face to face with this image and captured it as best as i could.
i stood in lament for so many lives lost meaninglessly during the pakistan- india wars and all those other lives that are lost, just as meaninglessly, throughout the world, even in the enlightened today.
