Spent a frustrating day on the phone trying to speak to someone at BA. Eventually spoke to a woman who told me that there is no trace of any of our 5 pieces of luggage. They haven't been seen since we checked them in at Houston over a week ago. Nobody can tell me what compensation we are entitled too, how long we need to wait, in fact they had no advice or help whatsoever. Bloody disgraceful.
