Holiday School Musical

So we had to hike for what seemed miles from our parking spot to the auditorium. A cold wind whipped at our cheeks, me in stupid heels, as we raced to get there on time to drop the kids behind the stage for their holiday musical. There were heaps and loads of angry parents, who were a bit disgruntled at the school's poor parking logistics, but all that melted away as the curtains parted and there were our kids singing the song they've practiced for nearly two months now. Finished in 3 minutes flat.

Alyssa sang "You've Got a Friend In Me" and used sign language, too. Sorry this blip was so under par, but this was a rare one what with the lighting and long distance from my seat to the stage, it was the best of the lot. Lewis sang the Chipmunk's Christmas song. I'm am so glad they are finished practicing!
