Toasted Cheese

Today my oh-so-wonderful friend, R, said "come over for a toasted cheese!"
It had garlic fig jam in it! Comfort food.
(you should see what she does with a crown roast and fancy table!)

On a clearer day you would see the Cascade mountains out there....
