Tough guy

I came across this tough guy today in the centre of Brussels. I think the graffiti artist did quite a good job on this one. However, the tough guy must be quite cold with his bare chest in this climate! :)

The snow finally melted away today, so hopefully we will have a snowless New Year's eve! Fingers crossed!
