Fun in the forest

The Blipster, having slept the morning away, accompanied me to Lennox Forest for some exercise.

He took to his bike (well its mine really but apparently its better than his so he uses it) closely followed by his faithful Jura.

I donned my trail shoes and attempted to run with Tiree on slippy forest paths - it is easier to run than it is to walk on ice!

I managed not to fall the blipster fell twice and learned that straight lines are fine but corners and stopping on ice is tricky.

Anyway we all feel better for exercise (speedy was doing speedy athletics things at Kelvin hall, while the taxi man was being his usual taxi)
