A Drink with Friends

Caution Tech Stuff:

While working at a local theater I stopped into a large mall and found this table in a fountain and put the image together in my head right then and there. I took several shots but preferred the more overhead version the best.

I shot myself twice against a white background. I then matted myself out from the background. I added my 2 self images and reduced the size down to 40% using the free transform command. Then using "group from layers" i was able to add an additional mask to each one of me. I use this additional mask to remove more of my body so the table now covers me up. I could have done this to the original mask but by keeping them separate I can always adjust without damaging my main mask which removes me from the white background.

Then I darkened my feet and added some needed shadows. I almost was not going to crop at all but thought I had a touch too much. Fun to do and I didn't get my feet wet getting to the table. Of course the waiter had boots on...
