Goat and Damson Plum Jam

Pan-fried goat meat goes well with damson plum jam. Having great sources of goat and lamb is one benfit of living in a neighborhood that's replete with Halal grocers. I bought the jam at our local farmer market, here in West Philadelphia. The skillet and the knife came from the nearby thrift shop many years ago.
