We have been talkiing about new year promises at work and this is one mostly we all think about.
Some of us are maybee better arranging a visit like the blip. Under the cover of darkness !
Anyway at least we are making the first step in thinking about doing something for the excess indulgence that we have been guilty off over the festive time.
