Champagne and Chestnuts

Have had a crazy couple of days back at work not helped by the fact that most of the UK appear to still be on holiday! Decided I needed a treat when I got home so we cracked open the last remaining bottle of champagne from our wedding and roasted some chestnuts to retain that Christmas feeling for as long as possible!
