Parking-art

This artwork is located in a busy underground parking-garage here in Groningen.
It is located on the "-1" floor, where almost only regulars and licensees park. The rest of the visitors go straight to the "-2" floor and probably never see this.

I like the statue is trying to look into the parked car next to it.
