Ever present, ever beautiful & ever friendly - the robin - almost one of the only birds in my garden who will stay close by when I'm filling up the bird feeders & of course knows distinctively where the worms will be when I'm gardening! We have several robins in & around the garden, who are constantly fighting for territory, some robins have been known to fight to the death for the best seat in the house - or the best leaf on the bush!
