Warm & Fiery still life

Inspiration for this shot came from digital photo magazine.

I think a proper fire is better than this gas fire, but I feel I'm on the right track.

I think I will have to do this again.... some wine is darker than others so Iwill need to experiment with different bottles of wine to get the right colour and set up...unfortunately it's impossible to get the wine back into the bottle.....and there is no point in wasting it....so I will have to buy quite a lot of wine. I think this sort of shot deserves the effort and sacrifice.

That's settled then, off to the off licence tommorrow, a new found benefit of blipping.
