My Dad has poured all his energy over the past few months into his garden and his boat. They are both testament to his love and healing after a time of ill health. It's great to see how creating or caring for things actually helps one heal. Taking the focus off the bad stuff and reinforcing the good.

We'd all heal a bit quicker if we could do that. Maybe not even get sick in the first place.
