Happy new years!

Spent the day with K today! We baked three pavlovas which all ended up flat and 2/3 were beyond saving. Then when we were making a chocolate sponge to replace the failed pavlovas, the beater broke and later on we learnt that we had forgotten the sugar. The baking gods were against us. But it was a good evening anyway, we were all laughing so hard we were crying!
