Swanning Around

Spent this afternoon with a walk slide around the pond. The paths were slippy, and the swans desparate for some grub, not that we had anything with us.

After that we headed off to Findhorn, where we found sheets of ice all along the front shore. These sheets were four or five inches thick and so big they were impossible to even tip up onto their sides. Even breaking a bit off - about the size of a 2x2 paving slab, but twice as thick - it was almost too heavy to lift.

Back in Forres now for some dinner, before people arrive later in time for the bells.
