Preparations

We managed to find "Smoutebollen" today, which are the Belgian version of the Dutch "Oliebollen". These doughnut-type balls are traditionally eaten in the Netherlands on New Year's Eve, so we just had to have them! ;) They are sprinkeled with powdered sugar.

I guess we are all set! :) A happy 2011 to you all!
