I scream, you scream

You really know you're in Australia when you can have a Gaytime!

These were my all time favourite ice-creams while growing up in Oz. For those that do not know, they consist of caramel and vanilla ice-cream, with a thin coating of chocolate, all covered with crispy biscuit crumbs.

Three days to go and I'm back on a plane going home.
