New Year's Day!

Had a few calls last night at work, luckily no fires or car accidents. Had about four hours sleep in a row! That was better than I thought!

Tidied up the house a bit this morning and then the three of us went out to lunch! Came home and put Spence to bed then Kaz and I went out into the overgrown garden to get rid of some of the weeds that seem to have overtaken the vegies!! We picked some lettuces and zucchini's! This is a photo of a bee on one of the bean flowers!

Kaz and I have just been playing scrabble but now it is time for me to go to work for my second night shift! Am a bit tired so am hoping for a quiet night!!
