Katarina Fire Station - still going strong!

This is the oldest fire station in Södermalm (South Island), Stockholm, from 1876. The building is from 1783. Originally the fire station had 9 horses, replaced by cars in 1914.

In Sweden it is perhaps most widely known from the tremendously successful TV series NileCity 105,6 - about a very commercial but far from successful radio station.
