Parking in Oxford - don't forget your spreadsheet

Ok so I've spent almost a week in bed with the flu and hence it's not been the best Christmas ever.

But, the theatre has been booked for ages, so we've struggled out. It's New Year's Day of course, so all the buses stop early so Park and Ride is out and my body is really not up to walking. So, driving into the City is the only option really, but we'd no idea paying to park was so complicated. Having left the abacus at home, and without an accountant handy, it was down to a handy spreadsheet app to work out how to combine charging periods. Thank heavens for smartphones
