30 000 Feet

We left Christchurch today on a 8am flight, flew to Auckland (1 hr 20) then drove to Cambridge (near Hamilton) to spend Christmas Eve with Hilarys brother and all the related families.

All the cousies we're very excited and there was lots of fun and merriment.

Our kids have flown a lot, as all their grandparents live in Auckland, but this trip was the best ever. Both kids behaved well, and Adam especially was just enthralled with looking out the window (he had the window seat), eating the in-flight meal, or playing with all the bits that come with air travel. Even Hannah behaved - whew!

A great start to the 3 weeks of Christmas ;-)
