New Years Day 2011

Did the most fab Jamie Oliver Roast Shoulder of Lamb today but had forgotten to get the rosemary - so nipped into Sainsburys to get some Rosemary this morning and had a walk from Eastgate car park to get a bit of 2011 fresh air in me. Walked through past the hub and the sculpture. To be honest, I felt a little embarrased shopping on NY day - we should surely all be able to manage without a shop for just one day - although I can assure you I wasn't alone and the trip out certainly made a difference to my lunch. This is now my signature dish so all visitors - this is what you will be eating!
